If we believe we can help; by mutual agreement we can set up either a Business Clinic Session or an Evaluation Meeting.

HOSPITALITY CONSULTANCY FEES

Business Clinic Session

• An “up to 1 hour” Business Clinic Session is priced at £100
  Every hour thereafter ( up to 5 hours “straight-through” session) is priced at £75.
  The fee is payable in advance

Evaluation Meeting

• An “up to 1 hour” Evaluation Meeting is priced at £100
  Up to 2 hours is priced at £175 in total.
  The fee is payable in advance.

On occasions some clients pick-up sufficient input from an Evaluation Meeting to independently implement corrective or progressive measures without any further participation from GHC.

Bespoke Business Programs

• Following the Evaluation Meeting, and on request, a project is then individually priced depending on the size of business and level/scale of work required
• A clear brief of reporting method and timetable is provided
• No hidden costs ~ clear and up front fees. If accepted a simple contract is drawn 50% of fees payable at project start ~ balance on completion
• On some extended projects the 50% balance is required to be settled in tranches as the project develops.
